Can I bring my own cigars?
Yes, bring your own. In the planned service, cigars are sold only at locations that hold the right tobacco retail licensing.
How old do I need to be?
Strictly 21 or older. Age and ID are verified before your first booking through an identity-verification provider. We keep the result, not a copy of your ID.
Is it really private?
Yes. Tinted privacy glass, acoustic treatment and no cameras inside the lounge. Security cameras watch the outside of the Cave only.
What about the smoke?
Each Cave is designed around engineered negative-pressure ventilation, a HEPA particulate stage, activated-carbon odor control and a fresh-air purge after every session. Performance is verified by a mechanical engineer at every site.
What happens in an emergency?
The door always opens from the inside mechanically, whatever the software is doing. Every Cave has an emergency button, monitored smoke and fire alarms and fire-safe ash handling.
Can I drink in the Cave?
Not alcohol. Every Cave is alcohol-free: nothing is sold or served, and guests may not bring alcohol in. Water, coffee and soft drinks are welcome, and a tabletop vending unit in the Cave has water and refreshments.
Is it clean?
Every Cave is GermProofed before you arrive, with GermProof Silver Spray on the tables, armrests, ledges and door panel: an all-natural protective barrier that lasts up to 4 hours on surfaces and 2 hours on hands. You get a complimentary GermProof spray bottle and a gel pack for your hands to take home, and more spray is $15 a bottle from the GermProof vending machine on board.
Who cleans up?
You do, the way you would at a vacation rental. Bag your trash with the supplies in the Cave and drop it in the venue’s marked bin, leave ash only in the fire-safe ash vault, wipe down, and put the chairs back. A quick checkout photo shows you left it clean. If the Cave needs extra cleaning, a $200 cleaning fee applies, which you agree to when you book. Our crew also cleans and empties the ash vault on a schedule.
When can I book for real?
